Dear Charles, I am writing to inform you of the extraordinarily high level of service I received, and continue to receive, from Renee Apfelbeck in connection with my recent purchase of a single family home in Silverthorne. In my capacity as an Executive Officer of a $5 billion per year Denver-based corporation, I frequently work with agents, brokers and financial intermediaries in all types of complex transactions where my high performance expectations are frequently unmet.
