Renee was not our representing broker for our purchase at Miners Run, which underscores even more professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail she provided to us. The broker representing us (not a Coldwell Banker broker) was frankly ? inept. If it were not for Renee's attention and help, I am not sure that we would have been able to accomplish the completion of our purchase. Simply ? it was a wonderful experience working with Renee. In the past year, we have bought and sold several properties, encountering the services of many brokers. None of them come close to the courtesy and exceptional work ethic of Renee. Should we ever have the need to purchase a property in your area again, we have only one phone call to make to Renee. She certainly is a tremendous asset in reflecting quality upon Coldwell Banker, and the developer of our property.
